Hosting a Workshop
Hosting an Investigations Workshop is an excellent way to support the teachers in your school or district. We have found that the schools with the most success in their implementation are the ones that have a sound implementation plan and provide substantial support for their teachers.
To host an Investigations in the Classroom K-5 workshop or a Building Computational Fluency K-5 workshop we require:- a minimum of 60 participants (some districts provide all the participants themselves, while some host workshops that are open to outside teachers);
- a site (a school) with rooms that will comfortably accommodate up to 35 adult participants in each.
- there are reduced rates for teachers from the hosting district;
- a number of teachers, equal to the number of leaders, may attend at no cost.
