The Doubletree Guest Suites Boston is the city's premier, all-suite hotel located beside the scenic Charles River and Boston Esplanade with panoramic views of the Boston and Cambridge skylines yet just minutes from Logan International Airport with convenient access to I-90 (Massachusetts Turnpike) and Storrow Drive, two of the areas major thoroughfares.
The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to several of Boston’s most scenic and historic areas, including Boston Common, The New England Aquarium, Copley Square, and Harvard University.

Both covered and secured hotel-parking options are available. The fee is $25 a day/overnight for self-parking and $30 a day/overnight for valet service.
Accommodations
Single and double rooms are available Tuesday November 18, 2008 - Thursday November 20, 2008 nights at the Doubletree Suites for $179.00 per night. To obtain the conference-room rate call 617-783-0900 and mention TERC, no later than October 28, 2008. Those applying after October 28 are responsible for their own lodging. Please note that, because acceptance is based on an application process, hotel and travel plans should not be made until notice of acceptance has been received.
