How to Register

There are three easy ways to register for a workshop: phone, fax, or mail. Full payment is required at the time of registration.

  • Phone
    Call 617-873-9785 during regular office hours Monday through Friday. Please have your credit card number ready.
  • Fax
    Fill out the registration form and fax it to 617-873-9831. You can either include a purchase order or pay with a credit card.
  • Mail
    Fill out the registration form and mail it along with your credit card information, check, or purchase order to:
